Digital solutions for construction & building.

Builders, masons, roofers, renovation, civil works, paving, façade, timber, scaffolding, concrete — 10 construction sectors, one system. Site master data, construction diary with photo, time tracking per site, defect tickets with material list, PDF measurements and invoice — all in one hand.

10 Construction sectors · one system
📷 Photo construction diary · court-proof
📱 Hours per site · via app
4–8 w Time-to-live · from setup

From measurement to final invoice — all digital.

Site manager documents on site: photo of progress, defect intake, material delivery. Foreman records hours per worker on the smartphone. Site management sees all sites in real time and can step in when needed. Final invoice at the end: hours + material + flat = PDF in 5 minutes, no Excel acrobatics.

At AnvaCode we don't build a generic construction tool like HSplus, KobotiX or PlanRadar. We adapt construction-diary fields, measurement templates, defect classes and timesheets to your business — whether 3-person mason crew or 40-person general contractor.

Typical problems

What costs construction businesses money and nerves.

Four problems almost every construction company knows — and for which we've built concrete solutions.

Handwritten construction diary — no evidence in court

The client complains about damage after handover — you'd noted it in a scribble book that's now missing. Without court-proof photo documentation with time stamp you lose the case. A 1-min photo round per day protects you.

Risk: four- to five-figure damage sums per case

Timesheet chaos at month-end

10 masons × 22 working days × 4 sites = a timesheet pile that eats 1–2 days of office time per month. Which site, which hourly rate, which surcharges? An app solves that in seconds — per site, per day.

Losses: 1–2 office days / month

Material reordered by phone

Foreman calls: „Bring me 20 bags of cement and 10 m³ of sand." Office staff notes, orders — and forgets half. Repeat deliveries, construction stops, fewer finished square meters per day.

Losses: 1–3 hrs construction / week

Final invoice only 6 weeks after handover

Handover in May, final invoice in July — by then significant sums sit unpaid at the bank. Cash flow suffers, you depend on the overdraft. With digital job-hours-material chain: final invoice ready in 1-2 days.

Losses: 4–6 weeks liquidity
Sub-sectors

10 construction sectors — each with its own needs.

From the 3-person paver to the general contractor with 40 employees. We know the specifics and adapt modules accordingly.

Recommended modules

These modules fit construction businesses.

Most construction businesses start with CRM + shift planning + SMS reminders. Inventory and website usually follow after 4-6 weeks.

In use

This is what it looks like in practice.

Construction diary with photo on site, hour clock-in per worker — all from one mobile web app.

Construction diary — smartphone app with photo, notes, defect list per construction phase
On site

Photo · daily note · defects · material — all in 60 seconds

Foreman opens the app, photographs progress, adds a short daily note, ticks defects. All with time stamp and GPS position. Client and site management see the state in real time. For later complaints: court-proof photo documentation at the push of a button.

Time tracking app — worker clocks per site with one click
Per site & worker

Hours per site · clock-in by smartphone · surcharges automatic

Every worker clocks in at the site in the morning, clocks out in the evening — straight on the smartphone. Surcharges for overtime, night and Sunday are calculated automatically. At month-end: payroll in 30 minutes instead of 2 days.

Frequent questions

What construction businesses ask most often.

Is this worth it for my small or mid-sized business too? +
Yes — the system scales from a 3-person mason crew to 50+ employees. You pay a flat rate instead of a license per worker, need no IT team of your own and can start small. Setup is individual, tailored to your construction workflows.
Do I need IT training or can my team use it straight away? +
Usable straight away. Operation runs in the web browser, intuitive like online banking, and on the smartphone like a normal app. Typically 1–2 hours of training are enough. We provide a short onboarding video and run a live training with site management, foreman and workers.
Does it also work on the road on the smartphone? +
Fully mobile-capable. Native apps for iOS and Android or as a web app on any phone. Clock hours, photo documentation, record material, note defects — all on site. Key functions work offline (basement, shell, dead spot) and sync automatically later.
How do my existing customer and site data get into the system? +
The standard path is Excel import. We take care of it at setup: customer base, site lists, subcontractors, exports from your old software (HSplus, BauDoc, KobotiX). For larger migrations we support with custom adaptation — you don't have to type anything in by hand.
How is my data protected? GDPR-compliant? +
Servers in Germany. Hosting at Hetzner Falkenstein (ISO 27001), transport with TLS 1.3, data at rest encrypted with AES-256. You get a DPA under Art. 28 GDPR, no transfer to third countries, regular automatic backups.
How long does setup take? +
Base package 2–3 weeks, full construction package 4–8 weeks — depending on scope. We recommend step-by-step introduction: first site DB & time tracking, then photo diary, then measurement and final invoice.
What sets you apart from HSplus, KobotiX or PlanRadar? +
Three clear differences. (1) Flat rate instead of per worker — with classic construction software the price rises with every new worker, not with us. (2) Tailored to your business instead of a rigid industry corset: measurement templates, defect classes and construction-diary fields are mapped the way you work. (3) Own domain, own data sovereignty on German servers.
How does photo documentation on site work? +
Worker opens the site on the smartphone, takes one or several photos — every image is automatically tagged with time stamp and link to the job/diary. You can mark defects right on the photo and add a note. Site management sees in real time what's happening on site, without driving out there.
How do I record hours and material via app? +
Every worker has the smartphone app and clocks in on the site in the morning. Material is booked against the site with a click (e.g. „5 m³ concrete delivered"). At month-end, hours + material are automatically taken into the final invoice — the digital construction diary fills itself on the side.
