Tours, jobs, vehicles — all in one view.

Dispatch via WhatsApp dead zones, jobs on phone notes, daily billing in Excel — most transport businesses lose 4–8 hours a day to manual coordination the system could handle. Tours are optimized automatically (Google Maps API), drivers see their jobs in the app with navigation, customers get a live tracking link instead of 17 status calls.

We don't build a Timocom platform or a generic logistics tool, but custom for your business — whether 3-driver courier or 25-truck freight forwarder. Waybill PDF, CMR docs, driver wages via DATEV, time tracking via app — all built in.

Typical problems

What costs transport businesses hours every day.

Four problems almost every freight forwarder, taxi company and courier service knows — and which have field-tested solutions long since available.

Dispatch via WhatsApp & dead zones

You chase the driver via WhatsApp, he's in a dead zone or loading/unloading. "Where are you?" 30× a day. Live tracking makes that obsolete — you see all vehicles on a map.

Loss: 2–4 hrs dispatch / day

Empty miles & inefficient routes

Driver runs many km of detours because the order wasn't optimal. With medium tour volume those detours add up to a substantial monthly amount. Route optimization via Google Maps saves 20–30 % km.

Loss: substantial extra cost per month

Hours & tour docs on paper

Driver scribbles tour notes on paper, you type them into Excel at month-end, send them to the accountant. Hours, tours driven and payroll cost you days. With the driver app: time stamps and tour docs directly in the system.

Loss: 1–2 days office / month

Job intake takes days

Customer asks by email, you reply "send me a photo", they send, you calculate, you send an offer, they reply, you book. 4–7 days to the booking. Online inquiry with volume calculator: 15 min.

Loss: 30–50 % inquiries lost

Recommended modules

These modules fit transport businesses.

Most transport businesses start with route planning & driver app. Extension is possible anytime, without data migration.

In action

What it looks like in the dispatcher's day.

Tour backoffice for dispatch and mobile app for drivers — both from the same system, in real-time sync.

Tour plan — live map with all vehicles, optimized routes via Google Maps, job list
In dispatch

Build tours · optimize routes · assign jobs

You see all vehicles live on the map, build tours by drag & drop, the system optimizes the order automatically via the Google Maps API. Click on a stop opens the job with contact, freight data and notes. You assign the tour to a driver — it lands straight in their app.

Driver app — day tour with navigation, photo receipt on handover, digital signature
In the driver app

Nav · photo receipt · signature · status — all on the phone

Driver opens the app, sees the day's tour with navigation to the next stop. On handover: photo receipt (e.g. of the shipment at the recipient), digital signature, status to "delivered". Data is visible at HQ instantly — no paper, no re-entry. Works offline and syncs later.

Frequent questions

What transport businesses ask most.

Is this worthwhile for my small or mid-sized business? +
Yes — the system scales from solo courier to 50+ staff. You pay a flat rate instead of a license per driver or vehicle, need no in-house IT team and can start small. Setup is tailored individually to your transport business.
Do I need IT training or can my drivers use this right away? +
Ready to use. Dispatch runs in the web browser, intuitive like online banking; the driver app on any smartphone like a normal app. Typically 1–2 hours of onboarding is enough. We deliver a short onboarding video and run a live training with dispatch and drivers.
Does it also work on the road on the smartphone? +
Fully mobile-ready. Native apps for iOS and Android or as a web app on any phone. Accept tour, photo log, capture signature, time stamps — all from the vehicle. Key functions work offline (dead zones, tunnels) and sync automatically later.
How do my existing customers and data get into the system? +
Standard route is Excel import. We handle that at setup for you: customer base, address lists, tour templates, exports from your old dispatch. For larger migrations we support with individual adaptation — you don't have to type anything by hand.
How is my data protected? GDPR-compliant? +
Servers in Germany. Hosting at Hetzner Falkenstein (ISO 27001), transport with TLS 1.3, data at rest encrypted with AES-256. You get a DPA under Art. 28 GDPR, no transfer to third countries. GPS data is only collected during active tours and automatically anonymized later.
How long does setup take? +
Base package 2–3 weeks, full transport package 4–8 weeks — depending on scope. We recommend stepwise rollout: first job intake & dispatch, then driver app with GPS link, then waybill PDF and DATEV export.
What sets you apart from Timocom or Cargosoft? +
Different market. Timocom is a load exchange, Cargosoft a TMS for large forwarders with enterprise complexity. We build the backoffice + driver app track for small to mid-sized businesses (1–25 vehicles): dispatch, job intake, live tracking, waybill. Flat rate instead of per driver, own domain, your data belongs to you. You can use us in addition to a load exchange.
How does the GPS tracking link for customers work? +
As soon as the tour starts, the customer gets a link by SMS or email — they click it and see on a map the live position of your vehicle and the estimated arrival window (like DHL). Saves 17 "Where are you?" calls a day and makes customers visibly happier.
How does route planning via Google Maps work? +
In the morning you set the stops of a tour; the system optimizes the order automatically via the Google Maps API — shortest distance, traffic, delivery windows are factored in. The driver gets the finished route in their app with built-in navigation. Typically saves 20–30 % kilometers and fuel accordingly.
