Common questions

What clients ask before starting

What does the intro call cost?
Nothing. The first 30-minute call is always free and no-obligation. We use it to understand what you need and whether we can really help. If we can't, we'll tell you honestly.
When do I have to pay?
Phase 1 (intro call) and Phase 2 (concept & quote) are free. Only once you accept the quote do you pay 30 % on order, 40 % on delivery of the first draft and the remaining 30 % on launch. No advance payments for phases that haven't started yet.
What if I'm not happy with the result?
Because we work in 1–2-week sprints and you see every intermediate state, that shouldn't happen. Adjustments are planned in and included in the fixed price. If something still doesn't fit at the end: 30 days of free warranty support after launch covers all adjustments and bug fixes.
Who owns the code you write for me?
You do. On completion you receive all rights to the source code and full access to the Git repository. You're not tied to us — although most clients stay on a retainer because it's easier.
What if I need extensions later?
No problem. We bill extensions either as separate fixed-price projects, or you have a retainer contract with an hour budget we can draw from. Both we sort out transparently in advance.
What if I want to cancel?
The initial development contract is a work contract (fixed price for a product) — not an ongoing contract, so there's nothing to cancel. Optional retainer contracts can be cancelled monthly with 3 months' notice so we can hand over cleanly.
What happens to my data if I switch?
You can get a complete data export at any time (GDPR-compliant). We hand over database dumps, code repository and all documentation — directly to you or the next provider.
Do I need technical know-how?
No. You only need to know your own business — we'll handle the rest. During the launch-day training we'll show you everything step by step, you get written documentation and can call us any time.
What if I don't have a domain?
We register the domain for you (included in the fixed price, you become the owner). If you already have a domain, we handle the switch on launch day — usually with less than 5 minutes of downtime.
