One back-office for everything — from QR code to regulars.

Guests scan the QR code at the table, order straight to the smartphone. Pickup customers pay upfront via Stripe or PayPal. Reservations land automatically in the table plan. Staff shifts, supplier orders, loyalty stamp cards — all in the same system.

We don't build Lieferando clones and no generic restaurant tool. We build tailor-made for your business — whether a 5-table bistro or an 80-seat restaurant with delivery service.

Typical problems

What costs hospitality businesses money every month.

Four problems almost every restaurant or takeaway knows — and for which much better solutions have long existed.

Lieferando & co. eat 13–30% commission

Every order via Lieferando leaves a hefty commission share on the table. With medium to high order volume this quickly adds up to significant monthly losses. An own ordering system typically pays for itself quickly.

Losses: 13–30% of revenue

Phone reservations disrupt service

Lunch rush, service staff takes calls instead of serving. Reservation noted on a slip, gets lost, double-booked. Online reservation with table plan solves it in 5 minutes.

Losses: 1–2 staff hrs / day

Reprint the menu at every price increase

Eggs more expensive, salad price up — printing new menus costs money every time. Multilingual? Doubled. Allergen rules since 2014, many menus not up to date. QR menu: change the price online, done.

Losses: ongoing print costs per year

You lose regulars without a system

Who comes regularly, who hasn't been in for a year, whose birthday is it? Without a regulars DB it's gut feeling. With a digital loyalty card + guest management: targeted reactivation instead of hoping.

Losses: 20–40% regulars per year

In use

This is what it looks like in practice.

QR ordering at the table and live overview in the back-office — both from the same system, synced in real time.

QR ordering — guest scans at the table, picks dishes, pays via Stripe
With the guest

Scan QR · order · pay — all at the table

The guest scans at the table, sees the menu multilingual with allergens, orders straight to the smartphone. Payment optionally upfront via Stripe/PayPal — service saves time, the table is freed up faster for the next guest.

Order back-office — table and pickup orders live, with status for kitchen and service
In the kitchen / counter

Orders live · status · kitchen & service

Table, pickup and delivery orders come in as a single stream. Status management („preparing", „ready", „handed over"). Kitchen and service see everything in real time on tablet or display — no forgotten orders any more.

Frequent questions

What hospitality businesses ask most often.

Is this worth it for my small or mid-sized business too? +
Yes — the system scales from the family restaurant to the chain with 50+ employees. You pay a flat rate instead of a license per table or employee, need no IT team of your own and can start small. Setup is individual and tailored to your business.
Do I need IT training or can my team use it straight away? +
Usable straight away. The back-office runs in the web browser, intuitive like online banking, and on the smartphone like a normal app. Typically 1–2 hours of training are enough. We provide a short onboarding video and run a live training with service staff, kitchen and owner.
Does it also work on the road on the smartphone? +
Fully mobile-capable. Native apps for iOS and Android, or as a web app on any phone. Take a reservation, pass on an order, check daily revenue — all from the phone. Key functions also work on shaky Wi-Fi and sync automatically later.
How do my existing regulars and data get into the system? +
The standard path is Excel import. We take care of it at setup: guest lists, reservation databases, exports from your old reservation software. For larger migrations we support with custom adaptation — you don't have to type any list in by hand.
How is my data protected? GDPR-compliant? +
Servers in Germany. Hosting at Hetzner Falkenstein (ISO 27001), transport with TLS 1.3, data at rest encrypted with AES-256. You get a DPA under Art. 28 GDPR, no transfer to third countries, regular automatic backups. Guest data belongs to you — not to the platform.
How long does setup take? +
Base package 2–3 weeks, full hospitality package 4–8 weeks — depending on scope. We recommend step-by-step introduction: first online reservations & QR menu, then regulars management, then reviews automation and loyalty.
What sets you apart from Quandoo, OpenTable, Bookatable or Lieferando? +
Three clear differences. (1) 0% commission per reservation or order — Quandoo/OpenTable take commission per guest, Lieferando 13–30% per order; with us every euro stays with you. (2) Own domain, own data sovereignty — guest contacts and reviews belong to you, not to the platform. (3) No competition next to you — on your booking and ordering page the guest sees no other restaurant.
How does online reservation with a table plan work? +
You store your table plan digitally with seats, outdoor area and closing times. Guests book the right table online on your domain — double bookings are technically impossible. You can steer peak times (e.g. tables only bookable from 9 pm), walk-ins you enter at the phone straight into the plan.
How does the digital loyalty card for regulars work? +
Instead of plastic cards the guest gets a QR code on their phone (Apple Wallet / Google Pay). On every visit the service team briefly scans the code — stamp collected, after e.g. 10 visits automatically a free drink or a discount. You see in the back-office who comes how often.
How do I automatically collect Google reviews? +
After every visit (reservation or online order) the guest gets an automatic email or SMS 1–2 days later with a direct link to your Google profile. One click to the review — no search, no friction. In practice that doubles the number of reviews in 3–6 months.
How do I maintain a multilingual QR menu? +
You maintain the menu once in German in the back-office — translations into English and further languages either yourself or automatically via DeepL. Allergens with EU codes (1–14) are tagged centrally and land automatically in every language. Price change in one place, applies everywhere.
