Is this worth it for my small or mid-size business?
+
Yes — that's exactly what it was built for. Whether you rent out a single holiday flat, run a small guesthouse with 8 rooms or operate a camping site with 50+ pitches — the same setup scales with you. Instead of per-user licensing we work with a flat-fee model, the price depends on the feature scope. Introduction is step-by-step, you don't pay for modules you don't use.
Do I need IT training or can my team use it right away?
+
No IT degree needed. The interface runs in a web browser, is clearly structured and follows the logic of tourism work (create a booking, see arrivals/departures, plan cleaning). Most teams are productive after 1–2 hours of onboarding. On start there's a short onboarding video plus a live training via screen sharing — after that, questions typically come by email or WhatsApp.
Does it work on the move on a smartphone?
+
Fully mobile. Bookings from the sofa, occupancy plan at reception, check-in on the go — all works on the phone just like on a computer. Available as a web app in the browser or native app for iOS/Android. With weak signal, core actions work offline and sync automatically when you're back online.
How do my existing guests and bookings get into the system?
+
Excel import is standard. We import guest lists, regulars with preferences and open bookings from Excel and CSV files as well as from exports of common predecessor software. For larger data sets we accompany the migration personally — checking duplicates, standardising addresses, adding registration-form fields.
How is my data protected? GDPR-compliant?
+
Servers are in Germany — Hetzner Falkenstein, ISO 27001 certified, no US cloud, no data outflow to third countries. The connection is encrypted with TLS 1.3, data at rest with AES-256. The DPA under Art. 28 GDPR comes with setup as standard. Registration-form data per § 29 BMG is stored GDPR-compliant for 1 year and then automatically deleted.
How do I automatically collect reviews after the stay?
+
2–3 days after departure a short SMS or email goes out automatically with a direct link to a review — either Google, TripAdvisor, Holidaycheck or your own review page. Satisfied guests are directed to the public portal, less satisfied ones first to you internally (filters public negative reviews). You see in the back office who replied and how the rate develops.
Can I automatically manage seasonal prices and special offers?
+
Yes — prices follow the date, not your head. High season/low season/holidays as periods with their own rates, last-minute discount (e.g. from 3 days before arrival −15%), early-bird discount (90 days ahead −10%), weekend surcharge, minimum stay per season. Promotions like „3=2 nights" or family rate set up once, then they run on their own.
How does the deposit on online booking work?
+
Stripe deposit directly at booking. You set the percentage (typically 10–30% of the total), the guest pays immediately by card or PayPal, the booking is binding. The remaining payment runs automatically X days before arrival on the card on file — or on arrival in person. Cancellation rules (free up to 14 days, then 50% retained) are freely configurable.
How does direct booking without Booking commission work?
+
Own booking engine on your website — 0% platform commission. The guest picks arrival/departure, room type and number of guests, sees the final price and books directly. You receive the full amount (less the usual Stripe fees of ca. 1.5%). Channel-manager connection to Booking/Airbnb is optionally available — if you need visibility there — but direct booking via your own site stays commission-free.
How long does setup take?
+
Basic package live in 2–3 weeks (website + booking engine with Stripe deposit). Full tourism package including review collector, seasonal pricing and optional channel manager: 4–8 weeks. We recommend step-by-step rollout — first test direct booking and website, then review SMS, then channel sync. That way you don't lose a booking during the switch.
What sets you apart from Booking.com, Airbnb or fewo-direkt?
+
Three points. (1) 0% platform commission on direct bookings — Booking/Airbnb/fewo charge 8–17%, on your own site every euro stays with you. (2) Own domain, own data — guest addresses and booking history belong to you, not the platform; you can write directly to regulars. (3) Tailored instead of standard mask — dog filter, breakfast selection, multilingual, seasonal logic exactly as you need it. Platforms don't have to be replaced — combining works: direct booking as the main channel, Booking/Airbnb for reach.
