Does it pay off for my small school, daycare or tutoring centre? +
Yes — purpose-built for small and mid-size institutions. Whether you mind 8 children as a childminder, run a music school with 150 pupils or a language school with 50+ staff — the same setup scales with you. Instead of per-user licensing we use a flat-rate model; price depends on feature scope. You don't pay for modules you don't need.
Do I need IT training or can my team use it right away? +
No IT degree required. The UI runs in the web browser, is clearly structured and mirrors daily life in education (add pupil, assign course, collect fee). Most teams are productive after 1–2 hours of training. At kickoff a short onboarding video plus one live training via screen share — afterwards questions usually come via email.
Does it work on the move on a smartphone? +
Fully mobile-ready. Educators document on tablet, parents open their portal on phone, teachers do attendance in the classroom — everything works on mobile. Available as web app in the browser or native app for iOS/Android. With weak Wi-Fi core actions work offline; sync happens automatically once you're back online.
How do my existing pupils and parents get into the system? +
Excel import is standard. We bring in pupil lists, parent contacts, course assignments and SEPA mandates from Excel/CSV files and from exports of common predecessor software. For larger data sets we accompany the migration personally — check duplicates, link families cleanly, map fee history correctly.
How is my data protected? GDPR-compliant? +
Servers are in Germany — Hetzner Falkenstein, ISO 27001-certified, no US cloud. Connection encrypted with TLS 1.3, data at rest with AES-256. You get the DPA per Art. 28 GDPR with setup as standard — mandatory for schools and daycare. Children's data and photos get extra protection per Art. 9 GDPR, with separate consents for „internal gallery" and „website".
How does the parent portal with photo gallery work? +
One login per parent, visible only to their own children. Parents see their child's profile, photos from daily course life (only with explicit photo consent), meal plan and closing days, upcoming dates and a sick-note button with day specification. Plus fee certificates as PDF download. Siblings are auto-linked; for separated parents two separate logins can be set up.
How does monthly SEPA tuition work? +
Mandate once — then it all runs by itself. On the signup form parents sign the SEPA mandate digitally (audit trail with timestamp). On the chosen day (e.g. 1st of the month or quarterly) the system generates a SEPA-XML; you upload to online banking, the bank collects. Annual certificate for parents (tuition as special expense) is generated as PDF on demand — popular for the tax return.
How long does setup take? +
Base package live in 2–3 weeks (pupil management + signup form + website). Full education package incl. parent portal, SEPA and photo gallery: 4–8 weeks. We recommend the step-by-step rollout — first master data and schedule, then go live with SEPA, then parent portal with photo feature. Keeps daily operations stable.
